The location was very convenient, and easy to get anywhere, whether downtown or to the airport of Bogotá. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and overall just right.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful at check in. My family who was meeting me in Bogota had arrived from a very long road trip and were tired. The hotel was able to accommodate them to rest a little earlier of normal check in. Let me tell you the breakfast was excellent, amazing choices and dining room was clean, organized and the staff were very pleasant. The hotel was clean. Loved that it had an iron, blower and fridge in the room. Also loved that it had a room with enough beds for my family. They also were able to meet my request of higher-level rooms and close to each other. They arranged my pickup and drop off at the airport. Staff was very communicative with me from the beginning of the reservation. I loved my stay there and will definitely return to this hotel on my next travel to Bogota.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast exceeded our expectations!
The room is super clean and in great shape.
The bathroom, the shower head was missing a nozzle and there was a random water stream in the middle with more pressure than the rest.
The WC took too long to flush and with no pressure.

good location only 20 mins from the airport and close to other local attractions via bus or car.10 walking distance from Corferias if you are attending an event there.
hotel is in main road but windows have a good noise cancelling system.
staff was very attentive when we asked for information.
room was a bit smaller vs the photos but could be the camera they used ( we booked a triple room)
although the door uses a card system, door chain was broken

The buffet breakfast was amazing and delicious every day.
Our room was on the 5th floor by the main road, you could hear all the traffic noise when we had to open the window to get some fresh air since there is no air conditioning system.
At least they should have a fan in the room. By this, you keep your windows shut and avoid the noise, but it was hot that night. They told us that because of the weather, Bogota hotels don't have air conditioner, except 1 or 2 I heard.
But it's a nice hotel, we never requested another room since we left by 8am and got there by 10 every night. Thought about it late.
Overall, it is a good hotel and good location, 20 minutes from airport.
