The staff is super friendly, super clean, and food excellent...
1. Starting with WiFi. It's really bad. The signal doesn't reach the room, it stops all the time, and it is very bad WiFi. 2. Super noisy, you hear literally everything. Everything is heard. 3. Very uncomfortable beds, the mattress is very hard.

The hotel staff truly stood out as the highlight of our stay – everyone was exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive. For this price range, it was a pleasant surprise to have parking, breakfast included, and the convenience of room service. Our room was well-stocked with snacks, drinks, and toiletries available for purchase. While we didn’t use them, they would certainly be handy if needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and an incredible value for the price.
It was possible to hear people walking and talking in the hallways of our floors as well as other floors.

Breakfast was pretty good, location good for me as close to my company and staff was super. In general was comfortable and clean

Staff kindness and availability, room clean, nice food. Alfredo (front desk) and the server from the Colombian coast (forgot his name, sorry) were both extremely attentive and willing to assist.
Unpleasant smell coming out from the shower sink, limited availability on TV channels (like 5 TV channels only).
