the room was awesome and the window was made dark to sleep
the shower was very good and the room was very clean
the ceiling of the room and of the bathroom were clean
- it was hard to find transportation, the taxis were lost in the city, there were no busses or trains and no food market close by
there is no food market around the hotel and the food f the restaurant was below our expectations.
as an athlete, i must eat TOP food, I do not settle for less

Everything was amazing especially the stuff, they are super nice and treat you well. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.

The staff of the restaurant was very Rude! They only serve well to the locals! The girl was so rude that I have to look for my own cutlery for eating from another table!

I've traveled full time for the last 6 months and have never stayed more than one week in any one accommodation. Clean building and rooms. The shower was a nice change compared to other Bogota stays. I would call this an average stay. Nothing terrible, but nothing spectacular. Expected more for the price and being in "North Bogota".
Because of the very busy streets bordering this location, a twenty minute walk in any direction is needed to get to exciting dining locations. There are restaurants very nearby, but nothing I came to North Bogota for. We were there in rainy season and the vehicle traffic is heavy. Laundry services may not have been explained to our understanding, most "affordable" laundry locations also a twenty minute walk. Breakfast inconsistent service,(some days soup, some days offered eggs) but available. Also, it's our fault for not noticing, but the rooms do not have air conditioning. It's not hot in the area, but it did get stuffy in the room.

This hotel is in a nice location within close walking distance of a grocery store, pharmacies and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was very nice.

This property was OK, not too noisy considering it is along 19 which is a main road. The location overall was pretty good, there are a few restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores close by. The condition of the property seemed like it is well maintained and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, WiFi was good as well.
I was not very happy with the breakfast. I felt like there was Ok options but nothing great. You need to ask them for eggs and they never came to ask me if I wanted any, so my recommendation would be to go directly to the staff and tell them what you want or you will end up waiting forever (even if there are only a few people in the restaurant). I was on the 4th floor and there was a little bit of street noise and unfortunately you can hear whenever someone is entering or exiting another room on your floor because the doors seem very thin.

Excellent location, there are many small business close, the room was spacious. The staff was very attentive and the premises were well maintained. Ideal if you’re looking for well located and simple but nice stay
Breakfast is not too varied, only few options and some options run out early. It’s a little noisy since it’s close to an avenue.
