- Air Conditioner - no instructions on how to use remote. Remote had sticker for "Meeting Room" - TV did not work. Maid later said I had to point remote "behind" screen. - The toilet seat was smaller than the actual toilet. - No bottle opener to open beer bottle/drink in mini-bar - No hot water in the shower. Last day front desk said sometimes if you to tighten section behind valve to a point that it would work. "It often happens and don't pay attention to the blue/cold, red/hot sticker...they dont match" was how it was explained to me. - The minibar pricing sheet offering and the inventory in the mini-bar was not even close. - I talked to several employees and all said in one way or another..."management does not listen to us".

When we made the reservation we specifically asked for a particular room. This was promised and then forgotten by staff. Checkin process took over 30 minutes. Front Office staff was misinformed and rude. Breakfast was poor.
