I love how comfortable the hostel is and how much I can get connected with people. The staffs are extremely friendly especially Sari, Viviana, Daniela, and more (I know them but can’t remember all names). There is a spa you can use for relaxing and it’s close to historical old downtown and also very close to the bus station. The room is spacious and has anything you need! I stayed here about more than one week now! Everything is perfect!!

All the staffs are super friendly especially Jay, Leo, Aleja, and Emilio are helping me out a lot( all are very friendly I just forgot some of the names)!! They have all kinds of activities that you can join to meet people and also have a coworking space and spa place, where you can work and relax. The bed is clean and comfy and location is perfect, it’s close to bus station and to the downtown Bogota (I took the bus to the north Bogota to explore too) . Thank you so much!

Very well organized. I stayed in a 4 person room with attached bathroom. The bunks are very sturdy and quiet. Easy to get in and out off without making a bunch of noise. Bunks have power and lights. Everything worked. The staff were super attentive and well trained. They played a big part in the welcoming atmosphere of the place. The fellow travelers I met were amazing. The spa was really nice.
The internet really was below expectations. Several overlapping networks and older WiFi version. Lots of dead spots and network was constantly dropping. If any place needed a WiFi7 mesh network this is it. Kitchen was too small to make
Meals and store groceries. Freezer needed a defrost. Would love to see a real espresso machine in there restaurant. Prices for water and beer were a little high compared to the surrounding area. I wanted to support the restaurant but good food and groceries are close by.

The property was great and the location as well. It was so clean and so many friendly tourists and staff members where there. Especially Dani was very nice and helpful to us, which made our stay 10x better!! Because of this ( nice staff+ property) we are going to return to this Hostel in 2 weeks to spend the last few days in Colombia again at a great place!

Viajero isn’t just a place to stay. It fosters a safe place to explore a new city, meet new friends, learn new languages and how to move your feet. If you’re wondering if it’s worth the price, it’s worth that and so much more!

Good staff, they were so fun! Good and comfy beds. Made a lot of activities and help to make the hostel social. Perfect for solo travelers
Only thing I didn’t like was the area it was located. It was perfect in the day, but in the evening it felt very unsafe.

It’s got a sauna and steam room and the beds are comfortable. Restaurant has delicious food for a decent price and the staff were phenomenal! Especially Dana! Super helpful! They were also nice enough to provide filtered and hot water when asked.
The kitchen in this property only has a fridge and a microwave. I don’t like when hostels don’t have a stove. Might as well call it a hotel with dorms.

Those responsible for the hostel are unprepared to serve guests. I have never seen anything like this anywhere else in the world. I ran out of water during a party at the hostel and decided to buy some, but one of the managers refused to sell me water, claiming that they were already closed.

There was a grumpy attendant who didn't even know how to open a bottle of wine, and when I tried to help, he was rude and treated me badly several times!!!
On the day of my checkout, the booking informed me that it was from 11 to 11:30. My colleague from Mexico and I arrived at the hotel at 11:20 just to pick up our bags from our rooms. The attendant approached me rudely, saying that I should have checked out. I argued that it was from 11 to 11:30 and that I was on time, and she kept talking and complaining, as if I were breaking some rule!
This hotel is a disappointment!!! There are never any hand towels, and the managers or owners are very rude and unfriendly. They do nothing to make life easier for guests, even those staying in the more expensive double rooms. They treat us like we're insignificant.
I even ended up leaving things in the room because of the impolite attitude of the attendant. It's a shame, because the people of Colobiona are very nice, but I can't say the same about this hostel. Never again!!!!!
I don't recommend this hotel to anyone!!
