Wonderful
Everything was good, I loved the paintings on the walls in each floor. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a nice zone in Bogotá, next to a park.
May something can be done regarding the noise from other guest on the corridor.

Love the location and the wonderful full buffet breakfast ! Lovely hotel & great service!!
I have stayed often ... and also family members have done so, and each time, we have had problems with the bathroom shower. Missing knobs in the shower for hot water, & No Hot Water, shower head not working properly & causing water to shoot sideways, in multiple rooms. It was fixed, but we always have this recurring problem in multiple rooms.

The bathroom honestly left a lot to be desired. The soap provided felt like something from a public bathroom — not good quality for a hotel on 105th Street. The mirrors facing the bedroom show poor design knowledge and bad energetic Feng Shui. The staff’s attention was very poor; we did not receive proper service or attention when we arrived. We were ignored for more than two minutes. Breakfast was terrible: not enough eggs plus where cold and no water to drink.

Front Desk staff super rude. I booked the hotel from Sunday to Wednesday as my flight would arrive Monday first day in the morning and i did not want to wait until 3 PM to check in, but…surprise!! Surprise!! They decided to do a “no show”, charge me anyways and then as i really needed a place to stay they gave me a room!! Huge Mistake!! The hotel is terrible, old furniture, smells bad etc… in summary, I paid twice, and i left 2 hours later to another -very nice hotel- less than 200 mts down the road- cause the place is pretty bad

We really loved the facilities they felt frozen in time in the best way possible. The amenities such as the Turkish bathroom was above and beyond.
There are minor issues here and there, like the towels were somewhat rugged, and some power outlets were a little loose. Which didn't made an impact at all, but they could be improved.

It has restaurant advertised, but during the weekend had restaurant closed said problems with Chef no info on if would re-open & after 3 days opened. Would be good to have clear info as having restaurant is an important benefit

The staff and the general ambiance is good.
The room ambiance is very low compared to the common areas and the exterior. It is plain, almost feels like an empty room. The hotel could offer basic toiletries (as it is generally expected). Breakfast was basic but not impressive. Corridors are too noisy with loud conversations and phone content (both guests and housekeeping).
