The room was a nice set up. Great maid service close to stores and restaurants, private and safe
The amenities they offered were false. Language barrier as i know little Spanish. Terrible window view, and the room was cold with no heat source, and the restuarant only offered breakfast which was closed before 11am with staff still cooking when I ask for breakfast, I ask about shuttle service 3 times a couple weeks before my trip they kept saying I will be contacted and didn't hear from shuttle service until after I rented a cab on the way to the hotel

Great location, nice spot to walk around Parque del Virrey. Room is comfortable and have good space, nice ambiance.
There is opportunity of improvement in the breakfast, although the homemade eggs were good. Help to manage luggage would be appreciated. Rest, love it.

The location was away from the hustle and bustle but also close enough to walk to the zona T área-lots of Resteraunts and high end shopping. The shower was hot. The airport pick up was an excellent option.

Great apartment! The location was very good and we felt safe the entire stay. Close to groceries stores and lots of restaurants. But the staff (especially Erika!) were incredible! Erika was so kind speaking slowly for me so I could practice my Spanish. I so appreciated that! The breakfast buffet was really good too!
Loved the balcony!
There was a cover on the mattress that had a plastic feel to it. It didn’t bother me but my husband didn’t like it. Not a deal breaker though.

Wonderful
This was the best experience we have had on a family stay (two children ages 6 and 2):
- Room was very clean.
- Beds are big and comfortable (one king and one queen).
- Windows and blackout curtains that really work, we slept without noise nor light issues.
- Nearby Virrey Park is very nice, with two playgrounds and exercise locations.
- Breakfast surpassed our expectations, good variety. The on-demand scrambled eggs were especially delicious (ask for "huevos en perico"!)
- All the staff were very courteous and helpful.
Oh and the cherry on top is that we forgot a backpack when we checked out. Erika called us to let us know just when we arrived to the airport, and thanks to her we managed to get it delivered via an Uber messenger. Thanks a lot!
Hotel Jazz Apartments will definitely be top of our list next time we travel to Bogota.
There are always small details that could be improved, but I :
- Shower floor is slippery, which is a problem for small children.
- Neighborhood is great, but a bit far away from airport and city center.
- The keycard lock didn't work on arrival, so the receptionist had to come up to open with the master card. They fixed it the following morning, so it was just a mild annoyance.
- Some tissue paper in the room would be nice.

I asked to be moved as my bed had issues. This was ignored. I had a very unpleasant moment when a staff member got upset because I returned the order of eggs I ordered- I ordered runny fried eggs, not hard yolks. Anyway the scene he caused was embarrassing and truly disappointed me. I stopped eating at the establishment ever since. Total lack of hospitality.

Great location, we just stayed two nights, the second night there was a lot of noise we can hear people having conversations in the room in front of ours, door slams and tv, was really annoying because we had a early morning flight.

The breakfast was very good, filling and lots of choices. The coffee--- well, it was awful, so unexpected for a coffee country.
We had a horrible time trying to arrange for some bikes. The ENTIRE conversation was with AI, the "Jazz Assistant" but we were not sure at first if that was the case- sure enough. The "assistant" even recommended a nonexistent restaurant. It was rather funny. We had the wrong name, and it "went with it", saying it was fabulous, great ambiance etc. Needless to say , the bikes were not ready, did not fit, and we wasted a ton of time talking with a "chatbot"

Very spacy room with big and comfortable bed, friendly (24h) reception, there is a restaurant downstairs, so it's easier to have access to food, good location at walking distance from the W area in Bogota

Wonderful
Paola and Jose made our stay very welcoming with friendly and ready to assist hospitality. The service felt personal and professional. Accommodation was clean, tidy, large and comfortable with plenty of options from the mini bar including personal hygiene items. The built in washing machine was perfect to complete a wash before our next stop in Colombia.
