Very far from airport and on booking showed 3.5 km away from airport, so it’s not a good idea if you have a flight the next morning . In rest all good

Nothing to do with the hotel, but getting there with a cab is hard because they need a permit to go that far out the city, better use Uber or indrive

Wonderful
The property was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was great and it was totally worthwhile.
The Hotel is in a bad location for tourists because it’s a long taxi ride into the city center, or multiple buses.

The staff were exceptional. Could not fault them. Erika greeted us at the door, arranged an airport shuttle for first thing in the morning, arranged a wake-up call and packed breakfast. A+
The booking.com post stated that the hotel was 3.4miles from El Dorado airport, which was our search criteria. It was not. Instead we had a 45minute taxi ride both too and from the hotel, which was set up more as a truck-stop hotel on the way out of Bogota, not an airport hotel. We were very unhappy about the location as our international flight was 7am, requiring us to be at the airport at 4am, hence our goal to be close to the airport.

Super clean, big and comfortable bed. Kitchen and transport Staff Coordinator were super friendly and helped my a lot. Closest to Coliseo Live is the best option if the trip is for assisting a concert.

The beds are very comfy
The location is not nearby the airport, they don’t pick you up at the airport, they don’t communicate on time. With Checking out they told me that I didn’t pay the taxes….I told them I booked on booking.com and the price is included taxes. They didn’t believe me :(
