cleaning was late and inadequate
bed cover was left tossed in a heap in the corner, my nightgown was left in similar heap on the chair. Bathroom waste basket was not emptied. Complimentary water bottles were not replaced.
Washbasin did not drain, but maintenance did come and fix that promptly.

Anything we wanted was at our fingertips.
There were three things - the sofa bed was very hard, and it was difficult getting together with my family who were on other floors, because you had to have a key to that floor for the elevator to allow you to push the button for that floor. The last thing was that the dinner service was not very good. The staff was very sweet, though

Room was comfortable and the variety of food for breakfast made our stay very pleasant.
It lacks more space to seat down in the lobby. There was only one coach. Besides, the toilets at the main lobby were closed.
I would advise to include disposal slippers in the room. Or provide them upon request. The room just above ours was a bit noisy, as there was somebody walking during the late night with barefoot.

The location is excellent—right next to Park 93. While the park itself isn’t a huge draw, the surrounding neighborhood comes alive on weekends, packed with people enjoying the many restaurants, clubs, and bars. The hotel is trendy, with a stylishly designed lobby, very good breakfast, and a heated pool that’s perfect for swimming even in winter.
The hotel is missing those final touches that make a stay truly comfortable. Basic items in the room, like towels, toilet paper and simple amenities are often missing, the air conditioning takes a long time to properly heat or cool the space if at all. There’s no water kettle in the room, no tea/coffee bags, and you have to purchase them. Thankfully, Leorena at the reception was wonderful and kindly offered us heat water and tea bags. The sauna was closed and only opened after we requested help from maintenance. The pool is open until 8 pm, but the lights were off and there were no pool towels. Only after asking at the reception was there a staff member available to provide to them. One night, the pool was unexpectedly closed for maintenance, without any prior notice, which was disappointing as we had planned to use it. Finally, there’s no complimentary water in the lobby—surely a small gesture like offering water while guests wait shouldn’t come at an extra charge.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly—they made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Their warm and welcoming attitude made all the difference. There’s no doubt they went above and beyond to make us feel at home.”
The only issues we encountered during our stay was the quality of the bath towels—they felt a bit coarse and seemed worn. Additionally, the toilet paper could definitely be of better quality. These were minor details, but worth noting given the overall rating of the property.
