Everything at this hotel worked perfectly. The staff were very professional and efficient, the room was really comfortable, the bed was huge and the shower just perfect, hot water at any time with great pressure. We had a lot of space for our things and it was all very well organised. Breakfast was great and the coffee available at all times was wonderful. The location is good for peace and quiet, it feels really safe, and it's walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Good option in the north of Bogota.

The hotel has a nice location, facilities are good, very clean, the WiFi and TV channels worked good, confortables bed.
What I did not like , no room service so I need to go the restaurant and pick up my breakfast and take it to my room, or if I order food the delivery just leave at front desk and I had to pick up from there.

The room assigned to us was comfortable and very well equipped with mini-apartment style amenities.
Breakfast was very good, with a good variety in terms of quality and type of food.
The staff were very attentive and friendly.
The mattress on the bed has lost its firmness. This affects the comfort of sleep.

We liked everything! The apartment was great, housekeeping very good, the staff lovely and super friendly!
The area where the hotel is located is very nice and safe, and close to the hotel there are 3 supermarkets. They're all located on the same street, so it makes it easy to head to the next store if the first one you visit doesn't have all you need. On the same street there's also a really good bakery.
It's great to have free parking also.
And: FINALLY AN "EUROPEAN" SHOWER! After spending 2 weeks around Colombia struggling with American showers and their water falling from the ceiling without any chance to not get your hair wet, it was lovely to find a "normal" shower that one can direct where they want! (Seeing the pictures of the showers was actually one of the reasons why we decided to book this specific hotel!). Thank you!!!!
The fact that you need to ask for cooking supplies such as pans and utensils, and dishwashing soap/sponge. If I rent a room/apartment with kitchen, in my opinion I should already find these things provided without asking. But no big deal, we asked and got everything 30 mins later :)
It's a bit chilly inside the apartments for people who are not used to Bogotá altitude. Maybe the management could consider adding heating?

I have stated multiple times at Hotel Espacio 94 and it is by far the best hotel at this price point. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding.

it's a modern clean and excellently located Hotel at the heart of one of the best neighbourhoods in the city.
The hotel is located near a main road and can be quite noisy at night. if you are sensitive to sleeping under a high noise environment I would recommend another location. I would suggest the hotel to add additional noise cancelling features.
