Our room was very large and the the bed was very comfortable.
There were fresh roses in our adjoining sitting room which was an extremely nice touch!
The breakfast had an excellent choice of fresh and cooked items!
A bit difficult communicating with the front desk about our laundry (really, our fault for not speaking Spanish!)--but a positive outcome was obtained!!

Location is great. Very spacious rooms and great bathroom facilities. Cozy beds. Amazing breakfast!
First night there was a wedding with extremely loud music till 1am. Nothing could be done about that. You literally have to suffer through the noise. I wish management would limit music till 11pm.

I've booked this same hotel many times through Booking. This time, the treatment was extremely poor; they wouldn't accept payment. Two rude employees. It's a shame, but the quality is poor.

We could have a great time at the hotel. It's easy to get there and besides it's near to several malls. The breakfast was delicious and staff willing to help us anytime.

Excellent breakfast with a generous spread, would be even better if they had any gluten-free bread / pastries. They did have almond milk and vegetarian options. Staff was courteous and helpful. They provide filtered water, will set up a taxi, laundry service. Meal in their Asian themed restaurant was good. Decent gym.
Room was a little too dark - lighting could be better. View was only of the side of some office buildings.
