Breakfast had enough to choose from, but you have to have it early. They run out of some products like cheese, some fruits and waffles. The breads could be better quality. They didn't seem very fresh.

I ENJOYED the various fresh fruits everyday.
I was not able to watch the television as EVERY channel was in spanish.

Good location!
Breakfast could be improved. Some people from the staff who helped me get a water from the vending machine wasn’t going to give me the change and I had to call him out.. so bad to receive this kind of treatment and dishonesty from the staff.
Thin walls and windows aren’t sound-proof. If your room is on the side of the main avenue you’ll hear from very early in the morning noise from the traffic.

We loved swimming pool and breakfast had even meat dish! Staff were amazing and very helpful.
Dressing rooms for swimming were broken. Also overall room was quite run down. For 4 stars hotel you would expect to have it more fresh and new.
However it was good for us as kids loved swimming pool! We used it only in the morning, in not sure if it’s open in the afternoon.
Location- I would choose other areas with kids better. We did not like that area of Bogotá.

Breakfast was fantastic. Spacious room and I had a small fridge in my room to store some drinks and or snacks. The location is really great.
There is no airconditioning. For fresh air, you need to open the windows, which half the time comes with loud noises from neighbours and or traffic. Bathroom dated and cleanlines was ok-ish not optimal. Wifi connection not stable.
