We only stayed in Bogotá for three nights and chose bh La Quinta as our hub.
The hotel turned out to be a great choice for us. The staff is very friendly and 24/7 available for any requests. They also arranged our airport pick-up and drop-off which happened timely and smoothly.
The hotel offers a very good breakfast that gives you ample of choices whether you want more local or more internationally themed food. They also offer lunch and dinner in their restaurant, which we didn’t check out.
The room was spacious and clean and offered anything we could want. The bed was wide and very comfortable to sleep. Snacks and drinks were available in the room for purchase.
Finally, the location of the hotel is convenient right within Bogotá’s Zona G (“G” is for Gastronomy). Many restaurants (and many kitchens) are available within walking distance. The historic center is about half an hour drive away, but can be reached by taxi for about 5 USD.

Lighting in the room was very inadequate. Ro got cold at times. There was only a portable heater that could be requested. Balcony was not for use, no door opened onto it.

The location of the hotel is amazing, you have lots of great restaurants and shops on walking distance, I only used a taxi a couple of times. The room that I booked was a junior suite with outside seating and is very spacious. The hotel restaurant serves great food.
I never have any complains of my stay however I just would like to help other guests before booking. The matrass of the bed is very out dated and I had to ask for an extra topper which helped a little however I still had lots pain in my back which I never had before as you feel all the spirals. In the room there is plenty of space, you are missing hooks for your coat and scarfs. The breakfast that is included, are just 5 items that you can choose from. I had breakfast the other mornings at one of the nice places on walking distance in the area. The hotel restaurant offers amazing food, only they close early on Sunday (5 pm), which is the most important day to be open late as nothing in the area is open and you are not able to dine in walking distance! If you arrive Monday like me, they close early as well however lots of other restaurants are open in walking distance.

This was my third trip to Bogota. I like this neighborhood. It is an upper working class neighboorhood with very little noise etc. The location is perfect for me. The breakfast was good.
This was my second time staying at a BH property. Both properties had plumbing issues. This time, my toilet would not drain or flush. The shower slowed drained, accumulating four inches of water around my ankles during the shower, which never got hot, just warm. While I have no way of knowing how many previous customers have complained about the same issue, I am certain that the daily cleaning staff would have seen these issues EVERY day. The fact that the room is made available to stay under those conditions is disturbing. Unfortunately, on my future trips, I plan to spend the extra 40-50 dollars per night and stay at the name brands. I am tired of being disappointed

Not much to say. Maybe the fact that there was no heating in the room so it was hard to keep things not humid at times? But this is very common in Colombia to my knowledge.
