Very Good
The staff was very friendly and great breakfast. The location is also nice, close to the Virrey park and Parque 93.
The room was very cold, it was really uncomfortable at night, so some heating would be nice.

Everything was amazing its a great hotel in a fun location. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is even a gym to exercise in.

The location, restaurant and common areas.
The room was too small. The view was to a building under construction (noise during almost all day) and noone in the reception notified this particular issue before assign the room.

The location is great becuse is very close to
The Virrey Park
The bathroom was dirty and not very clean. There is no ventilator for bathroom neither windows.
Two days without HOT water
There was no information in the booking page or any information about the charge or to pay money to stay with PETS and even if you pay the charge they never gives you a towell or bed to your PET. This situation was unffair

The location was good. Very central
The room was very cold. Outside was warmer.. You can hear people in other rooms brush their teeth. Most of the staff did not understand English.we did not feel welcome. We moved to the hotel next door. Which was much better and really gives good service. After checking out there was an issue with my payment when i again mentioned my complaints via whatsapp no reaction was received

One of the best Hotels. I have stayed during my many years of travel.
The staff was courteous, kind and nothing was trouble to them. Always attentive and never over powering.
I cannot think of anything no matter how hard I try to think.

The cleanliness, the staff’s respectful service attitude, the breakfast was really good and the food was always fresh (specially fruits), the room was beautiful and safe.
I didn’t like being charged with an unnoticed laundry fee at the end of my stay, I had never been charged for having my hotel provided towels washed. They said they were stained (with my makeup I believe), which I understand, what I didn’t like was being notified just 2mins before my leave. I had to pay $15USD for it. I just wish they told me earlier not when I was running to the airport.
