The property is in an excellent location, close to restaurants and shops, and set in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Just across the street, there is a park where locals exercise and walk their dogs, which adds to the sense of calm and security in the area.
The room was spotless, spacious, well equipped, and wonderfully quiet. It was also beautifully designed, something I truly appreciated. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and the view was absolutely lovely. At times, it felt as though I were in Italy.
The breakfast was very delicious; however, the variety was somewhat limited. I would have appreciated seeing more protein options, as the offerings leaned more toward carbohydrates and refined sugars. That said, it’s perfectly enjoyable for those who prefer a more indulgent, vacation style breakfast :)

To say thank you to the staff everything was clean the breakfast was decent and it was close to all the restaurants whatever you like from seafood to steaks smoothies to donuts it was perfect
Parking every way in Columbia is tight but you do have parking so if you get a big car it might not be good for you you need a small car to get around and park everywhere

I loved our time on 104 Art Suites. The hotel has everything you need, variety of breakfast with a touch of Colombian food , comfortable rooms with terrace, easy access from the hotel to different places in Bogota and the most important lovely staff. It would be my first option when I come back to Bogota.

Even though I do not speak Spanish, it was very easy to communicate. The staff were kind and everything met my needs. There were parking avail at no cost. I am heading back to colomboa and this is where I will be for the 2nd time.

The location was good, close to a supermarket and some restaurants all within walking distance. The room was perfect for what I needed. The bed and the pillows were excellent. The water was hot and had good pressure. My room had a nice little patio but I did not use it.
The noise was a bit much for me. I specifically asked for the quietest room they had. I got #105 which is right above the garage entrance, I could hear people outside on the front steps of the hotel and I could hear some traffic noise, even though the street is not even a main road. The work station could have been more comfortable. The chairs were not great to sit in. Breakfast was OK, not bad, but not great either.

The staff were amazing! They were very attentive and helpful always! The breakfast was very good with a lovely woman who would make whatever type of eggs you wanted. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was absolutely perfect! It was a wonderful stay, so wonderful we extended ? There is a grocery store on the same block, many restaurants to choose from close by and a large pharmacy a block away.

The hotel is located perfectly and in a super quiet neighborhood. It is nice to walk around and visit the restaurants and coffee spots. The room was clean and it was nice that we could switch to a room with a balcony after the first night without any extra charges. The mattress was a bit hard but that is always something personal. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is amazing!
There was nothing we didn't like. We would return for sure.

Cute little hotel, staff was very quick with requests and helpful when needed. Wifi in lobby was fast.
We had an issue where we got charged for minibar items we didn't consume, they were willing to remove them but had us talk to the cleaning lady first and "make our case/prove we were right." The cleaning lady made us feel like we were thieves even though we 100% did not consume the items we were disputing. The bedroom walls were very thin so we could hear every time the elevator would open and close. The bedroom's Wi-Fi didn't work but Wifi was very good in the lobby.
