The staff was really friendly. The room was exactly what you would expect, but I have to highlight how quiet it was. You could not hear anything from the traffic outside despite being on a major road. Only sound you could hear was the AC.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. We had the chance to try different typical Colombian stuff.
The AC could be less loud.

Great location in the financial district in Chapinero. Clean facilities.
Hotel charges 50% of stay for early check-in. Wifi doesn’t work! It is colocated with the Oxo hotel; the Holiday Inn is run by the Oxo hotel. Staff is cold and impersonal. No bellhops for luggage. Layout is tunnel-like after going up a few steps; if it rains, you will get wet!

The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful.
We had an energy outage, it was inconvenient as it was at night so we had to go up the stairs. One member of the staff was behind us with a lantern all the time.

The room is very comfortable, the view is espectacular. I liked the restaurant, the pizza is really good and the breakfast was great. The location is very good also.
The wifi in the room didn't work. One of the machines in the gym was damaged.
