Looks nice and modern
Overpriced! A can soda was $4 for Colombia that’s a ripoff. I stayed on the 3 and then again on the 12; rooms next to each other and both didn’t have a working phone. We were 4 people and obviously they know that in anticipation yet only 3 towels were provided. Stuff in the front seat were asking me for imitation information that was none of their business. Will not be staying here again!!

Well located, near the airport. The building, rooms and service was great!
The price included breakfast but since we had to leave early we couldn’t have it. Would be nice to have a station with pastries or fruit so you can grab something of you have to leave early.

The shuttle took a bit to arrive at the AirPort. Wasn’t that bad. The comforter of the bed was a bit on the heavy side.

Beautiful modern clean room and bedding.
Sterile lobby, no complimentary water in room or coffee at check in
First room (716) had an adjoining window to a common area ,therefore no privacy. Very poor architectural design.
I asked to be moved .

The airport shuttle was super convenient. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and it was very clean! Drinks and food at the restaurant were delicious.

Wonderful
Staff is professional and warm. They were very welcoming and polite every time they greeted me. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and did not feel or look outdated.
Restaurant tries to offer complex dishes when most of the guests are there with airport vouchers. They didn’t have sparkling water for two days. Better off focusing on simple, nourishing dishes.

The location was close to where we needed to go in town and it was easy to get going from the hotel. Breakfast was also top notch.
The hotel room missed a few important things, like they wouldn't properly refill the coffee basket every night.
