Breakfast - good, a lot of Fruit, but would like more chicken on the menu. A lot of seating space.
Bar - good location and cozy
Location - near to 2 malls, better to take yellow Taxi caps because the hotel-taxi is more expensive
Airport - very close to the airport, hotel transport/shuttle available from the Hotel to the airport.
Room: Heater did not work. The hotel management was not able to resolve the problem. A maintenance guy did the check but was not able to resolve the issue. I called the front desk again but with NO positive results. The temperature outside the room was 9 degrees Celsius outside!! I am very disappointed about this part because everything else was OK.
Currency: The hotel does NOT accept EURO, even though they are present internationally. Very disappointing. Thet only accept USD and Credit Card.

The room was nice and clean, plenty of shampoo, body wash, and cream in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and at night it is really quiet. Great transportation to the airport and back.
The moquette in the breakfast area was so smelly and it is not that best when are you eating your breakfast. they really need to get a new one or deep clean the one they have.

About 10 minutes in Uber from airport (about $8-$10 ride). Hotel a very average Holiday Inn like hotel — nothing exceptional (which of course one does not expect from an airport hotel).
Check-in took forever – I don’t know why they have to enter so many things when you’ve already entered it all on booking. I had to wait behind six other people, and then only one person helping, even though there are many other standing around. Wi-Fi signal poor – very weak. Unable to download even basic files.

Convenient location 8 min cab ride away from the airport. The whole facility was clean. Staff were very accommodating. The area around the hotel is decent, there are restaurants close and an Oxxo around the corner. Hotel restaurant was surprisingly good, albeit expensive.
Shuttle service only runs hourly, would be nice if it were more frequent. There is also no timetable posted of when the pickup from the airport is available, thankfully Ubers are cheap.

Very conveniently located close the the airport. It has a free hourly shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was great.
Staff was really really good. We forgot something extremely important and they helped us search for it and keep it before we could keep it up. We appreciate this enormously.
Some things in breakfast ran out quickly and took some time to be refilled

We couldn’t have it because we had to be at 6 am at the airport.
Check was a very slow and annoying process with only one lady helping a lot of people because the man was helping the same family for long time. Elevators wouldn’t work and the key cards either.

The room was very comfy, fitness center was fine.
Jacuzzi water was very hot, I could not get into the water, there was nobody in charge around to reduce temperature; also the shower in this wet area had very low pressure.
There should be somebody in this area to guide guests and inform them about the service, there's no massage service .

Very close to airport, so perfect if you fly in or out of Bogota airport. The room was very spacious for two people, we each got our own double bed and it was modern and clean. Nice pool, gym and sauna area.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful- I was unlucky enough to get catch a stomach virus in the middle of the night and early in the morning the reception had a doctor come and visit me for free, which was incredibly helpful and allowed me to be able to fly out that day as planned.
The dinner options at the restaurant could've been a bit better. I didn't have breakfast so I'm not sure what was on offer in the morning

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Good service to the airport.
The hotel requires incision of breakfast, although it is clear that many people have to go to the airport well before the breakfast starts. I did have a dinner in the restaurant and food is horrible.
