The property is very close to the Fundacion and also close to the Santa Barbara comercial.

All of the staff were very polite and professional. It helped us to relax and enjoy our stay at your hotel. We had appointment which we’re going to call my wife and son to miss breakfast. But the staff went out of their way to help prepare and package food for them to eat when they return to the hotel. This was an outstanding Experience.
The location was convenient to the appointment for Medical. It was a nice hotel for a quick one night due to my original flight to Santa Marta was canceled without notice by the airline. The staff was nice and professional.
Smaller room then I expected. I wasnt told at checkin if I needed ice I would have to get it at the front desk. A distance from the airport but not the fault of hotel due to my last minute booking.

Some of your staff member. I stayed with you in Bucaramanga and there was also an insidance that happen ,I wrote about it ,NEVER got ANY FEET BACK FROM YOU,shame on you. I decided to give you anothe try ,but my question got answered. You will NOT get my business again and I will not recommend you.

They just want to swap your credit card and take your money. They checked me in a room where the tv was broken and the room was very small, for what i paid it’s not worth it! They still charged me for the night, and they don’t even speak proper English!
