This is a really great hotel with awesome view from the lobby, which is on the 12th floor. Rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom not too small and good location. The staff is nice and the free-shuttle service is also a plus.
Breakfast: they did not have any normal bread available..which is kind of sad. Other than that, all good, will come back again for sure when I am back to bogota.

The view from the restaurant was amazing

The hotel is beautiful, the lobby is elevated and with a nice view. The staff made it possible to get me a late check out when I had a flight at 10 pm, I am grateful for that.

Location
Customer service could be improved. At around 10pm, while we were asleep, someone from reception called our room to advise us—without even a greeting—that we had an outstanding bill from dinner at the hotel restaurant. We explained that we expected to pay it at checkout, which is what we are used to, but we were told it needed to be paid immediately. As a result, my partner had to change his pyjamas and go upstairs to settle the bill. We would have appreciated being informed of this policy in advance, as the call unnecessarily interrupted our sleep.

Good breakfast, reasonable price and variety offer of products.
I believe there is always options to diverse the menu for customers from different countries
probably have different menus options per day, not to repeat the same all days, I believe that if the hotel implement new menus will be great for customers
