Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff were very efficient, and the breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious.
Noise traveled through the corridor. We could hear guest in neighboring rooms easily.

They offer a coworking space , not available because it was being used for selling clothes,. They have a faulty coffee machine at the lobby, sometimes coffee wasn´t available.

Upscale hotel in an upscale residential neighborhood with high-end, stylish restaurants (Arrogante, Salvaje). It is walking distance to the Andino shopping center. Reception is attentive. There is a minibar with snacks (no healthy options)
Room is small and rectangular. Reminds me of a Novotel. Very dim lighting. There are more spacious hotels in the area. Bathroom is in the entrance. Shower and toilet area are separated.

EXTREMELY NOISY!! The restaurant downstairs has a loud DJ and there was a party on the 11th floor so there was loud reggaeton booming in my room until very late.

Comfortable bed, good hot water, good design in separating the shower with the toilet, good location, is a modern hotel with a excellent service! The hotel offers buffet breakfast.
The full body mirror is in the toilet, it should be located in another place. A bit dark the room, will be good to have more illumination. Will be nice if they can offer facial tissue paper box, they do give you one but with 3 tissues only. Wifi was a bit slow.

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond every time. Great breakfast options too (variety of mixed eggs each day and fresh fruit). Comfy bed. Great location!
Wish there were more food options for arriving after 9pm on a Sunday.

Rooms aren’t 5 star quality. Walls so thin I could hear my neighbors phone vibrate, water damage was poorly repaired, marks and scuffs on walls.
