I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I had informed them about my dietary needs in advance, and they offered plenty of options to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. The hotel is well located in a quiet area, making it easy to get around Bogotá while still enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in a good location in Bogota, walking distance to lots of nice restaurants and cafe's, the area felt safe even though there was quite a bit going on in the evenings. We stayed here with our two boys aged 8 and 10 at the beginning of our holiday in Colombia, they really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and all of the choices. Nice clean room with hot shower. The staff were very friendly, and helped us arrange transport from the airport to the hotel when we first arrived, and the taxi driver waited for us even though our flight was very late arriving. They helped us arrange other taxi's during the stay.

We liked the location in Chapinero. It is very close to excellent restaurants and Carrera 7, one of Bogotá’s most important avenues. We also liked the friendly and extremely accommodating staff.
Breakfast our first morning there (1/5/25) was mediocre, which left a less than favorable first impression. There was a limited selection of breakfast items and their quality was low. Happily, the situation improved the next day
