We had a fantastic stay at Yarumo Café & Hostel! The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Manuel and David were incredibly helpful—always ready to answer our questions about Bogotá and full of great local tips. We also asked them about other places to visit in Colombia, and they had great recommendations for each city. They even waited with us until our taxi arrived at night when we had to leave for our bus, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying at here!

Beautiful, comfy and clean with lots of light and a patio, while also very short pretty walk into town-
nothing really except maybe I always like a printout or suggestions of where to eat and things to do, but we figured it out and I did message and ask the owner who gave some suggestions.

Very Nice personal, good location, Nice garden. Very safe and helpfull people. They have kitchen, the bathrooms Are not very close to the rooms you have to go through the cafe part to reach. But all was super and quite and calm and friendly! I really recommend.
Overall great. The bathrooms could be closer but common, it is Hard to find a place in Candelaria where is a garden.

I stayed at this hostel and it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The staff was amazing, always willing to help and make me feel at home. The facilities were clean and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The location is perfect, close to everything I needed to explore. Also, the activities they recommended me to do in the area allowed me to meet other travelers and create unforgettable memories. This hostel definitely changed my perception about accommodations and I can't wait to go back. I totally recommend it!

Disappointing
Receptionist spoke English and helped me with what he could, a towel when needed, and checking instructions in the night. I was accommodated in a room with 4 beds. First night lucky to be alone, second night just one more guest.
First night there was no water, even for toilet, not only for shower or hands. It seems there is a problem in Bogota and they cut their water in rotation. Awful not being able to use normally a toilet and a shower. The room was extremely noisy, u could hear the traffic, people coming and going from hostel, airplanes in the night, everything. Furniture broken and only, door just to be there, 0% sound or temperature insulation. In the night is freezing cold in the rooms and without any type of heating. Bed mattress uncomfortable. And toiles are being jammed when used.

The location is great in La Candelaria. And the staff! They were really friendly and helpful with amazing recommendations for everything, special thanks to Manuel!
The room was comfortable, we had everything we needed and there was hot water in the shower.
The windows facing the courtyard; you could hear everything happening there. Quiet time starts at 10pm and people respected that by not partying or playing music, but unfortunately even normal speech can be heard in the rooms. Nothing that can’t be solved with earplugs though :)

The staff were wonderful!! Everyone was so helpful and lovely to chat with. The location is amazing in a great part of candelaria. The hostel is also a cafe so you can get a coffee and/or food there. They provide laundry service and our clothes were returned clean!
For my preferences, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Not the hostel’s fault, but it should be noted that Bogotá has a water crisis and running water is only available every other day. There is a kitchen in the hostel but it can only be used at certain hours since they also use it for the cafe. Overall a very nice place.

Wonderful
The staff is amazing and super helpful. They have a nice common area good for coworking and chilling.
Kitchen is available but only for basic stuff, like warming food or using fridge. Shower is hot but the bathroom is cold (no door to keep it warm). Wi-fi is not that good in the dorm.
