Location is great with lots of incredible dining options nearby, Try the sushi and italian restaurant they are out of this world! Staff were attentive and caring making sure we always felt safe. Windows are huge making you feel like you’re in a modern tree house. 9/10 because no pool and facilities are limited. Overall would recommend and would stay here again next visit to colombia
Bed was only a queen and a bit tough. Jr suite was nice but no divider between living room and bed area leaving it feeling like a large room rather than a suite

The staff was very awesome. Always willing to help. Very kind. Always smiling.
The AC didn’t work well. We complained at the front desk after the first night and they committed to fix it but apparently they couldn’t. The room was too hot at some point when we were sleeping.

Great location if you want to be outside of the noise, but close (walking distance) to W area of Bogota. Very comfortable rooms, and nice restaurants in the same complex. Friendly staff will feel you at very welcomed.

Not sure if I would stay here again. PROS Very good breakfast, spacious room, very good staff service, very good location (safe neighborhood; restaurants, parks, shopping and convenience store within walking distance).
CONS Could not sleep past 630am any day because of street noise. Considering the level of the hotel, windows could be sound proof. This was a mayor inconvenience for me considering I was on vacacation; if my stay would have been for business I guess it would not have bothered me so much. There was an issue with my room’s key and I spent 80% of my stay without a room key, having to ask staff to call the elevator for me and/or open my room every time I moved around. They were very friendly and helpful but this was a big inconvenience specially whenever I was in a hurry.

The hotel is very clean and well equipped. Located in a very vibrant area with good food options around, it also host a bunch of very good restaurants in the same block. The gym might be a little lacking in terms of equipment (some weights, cardio machines, cable machine and yoga equipment), but it’s very clean and looks brand new. Also, breakfast is very tasty with very good options! Special thank you to Stefani and the other member of staff during the night shift (sorry we didn’t get your name), who took care of calling us a doctor and secured a taxi to the hospital in the middle of the night when my partner was feeling very sick. They made sure we were treated fast and efficiently, and requested updates, making sure we were fine after coming back from the hospital. Our stay was amazing (apart from the hospital!) and it’s in part thanks to EK hotel.
Maybe a bit far from downtown if you’re visiting to check the attractions here but it’s just an affordable taxi ride away!
