Looks elegant and nice
The first room we got the doors were falling apart and the curtains fell apart when we tried to adjust them….The second room we got had roaches in them and showed the staff the video and nothing was done or another room was offered…Stayed at the hotel 7 nights so I was expecting some kind recompensation and nothing ! I was little upset and disappointed as I’ve stayed there a cpl of times in the past.

After 6 years of visiting their locations in Bogotá and referring many customers to their facilities. I was charged $200 additional to my room. The room was opened without our permission. When we checked out we were told we broke the rule. It was a non smoking room and thus the penalty. I asked to please forgive us since we didn’t request a non smoking room and was not aware of the punishment for smoking. There were no signs anywhere in the room and the room to tell us there would be a huge charge $200 for breaking the rules. Through out the years the quality of the rooms has degraded. No basic needs like tissue or bar soap or soap for that matter. I should have charge them for not being able to wash my hair and or my body with the little to no soap bags in the wall. I did give an opportunity for the receptionist to understand they were losing my business but no one cared. Today 4 days later and no response from a manager or refund to my charge. Sadly never again. I do not recommend them anymore. Good luck

Great location, amazing staff, and a very comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the hotel offers excellent facilities. Breakfast varies every day and includes a wonderful selection of traditional Colombian dishes, along with all the standard international options.
The hotel staff are consistently friendly and attentive. We used the gym, restaurant, bar, and laundry services, and everything worked perfectly. The location is extremely convenient as well.
Highly recommended.
There isn’t much to criticize, but if we had to mention something, we did miss having a swimming pool. Also, on Friday evenings you can hear a bit of music from a nearby venue, though it doesn’t last too late. Other than that, everything was great.

Excellent service from the arrival to the departure. Breakfast was varied, fresh and accommodating. The room was excellent. Restaurant food and service was delicious. Christmas decor. The location is great.
