Great location, attentive staff, breakfast was good, nice quiet apartment. The building has very nice common areas to share. I would suggest to improve furnishing and conditioning of the terrace for guest to enjoy and relax there (i.e to have breakfast or coffee, read,etc).
Kitchenette could be better equipped with basic utensils. In our apartment (304) in the bathroom (outside the sliding window/door of the shower), there was water leaking on and off from somewhere above. This should be sort out.

Fantastic location, spacious and clean apartments, excellent breakfasts delivered right at the requested time, and very welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff.
The only things that were missing and that we would liked to have had in our room were washcloths and a hair dryer.

I liked everything. It would be nice for central apartments to have tissues/kleenex, a salad bowl and a pitcher in the apartments. We got 2 free coffee pods. Any additional pods have to be purchased. I think guests should get free pods daily. The coffee provided with the breakfast was not good.

The studios are big, comfortable, and well equipped, it feels like your own space rather than a hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the location was so perfect, just a few steps away from the 93 park. There is parking in site and they are pet friendly.

Excellent managed modern apartment building with a 24-hour front desk on a extremely quiet and upscale street. Breakfast with many choices delivered to your room starting at 7am. Front desk staff was friendly, efficient and always there to open the front door for us. Room was spacious and clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed and daily cleaning service.

Bathrooms were spacious and well designed. Wonderful to have the option of a tub!
Desk staff were most helpful.
Breakfast was delivered on the dot. The pastry choices were not so great but the huevos pericos were very good, coffee was good, fruit was delicious.
As above, we tried all three options for breakfast-croissant, toast, and arepa- and all pretty awful.
