Very Good
Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Juliette, the hostess, very lovely and gave excellent advice.Location was very good.
Room was dark and cold . No full length mirror in room. Would suggest a handrail or shower mat for protection against slipping.

Juliette's place is so delightful it was absolutely perfect for a little sightseeing after a few days of work. The location can't be beat - it's right near tons of cute shops, cafes and restaurants and safe to walk around at night. But the hotel itself is completely quiet and away from the noise. Juliette was super accommodating, helping with recommendations etc. the place itself is charming and cozy, and the breakfast was such a treat - eggs, fruit, granola, breads, cheese, jam and coffee/tea. She also provides filtered water and the hotel facilities are all lovely. Hope to come back one day!

Our stay at Casita de Piedra was fantastic. Juliette and Miguel made us feel so welcome and we appreciated information about local sites and restaurants. The accommodation was perfect - clean, in a safe area and a lot of attention to detail. Breakfast was made available every morning and it was delicious! Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay.

Casita de Piedra is very close to the historic city centre, with easy access to cafes, restaurants and shops. We slept so well there because it's completely quiet at night. We had privacy and security. This place offers some excellent amenities: a comfortable bed, good lighting, loads of hot water, good water pressure in the shower. A modest breakfast is laid out early and the guests at this four-room lodging can enjoy the meal any time in the morning. It's all very casual. Juliette is wonderful. She was always there to help us with any questions or concerns we had with transportation, etc. She's lovely to chat with (she speaks Spanish, French and English fluently). Thanks for everything, Juliette. We felt honoured that Miguel invited us into his amazing guitar-making workshop. Thanks, Miguel.
Bogota was cold for our entire stay, and the unheated room with its stone floor is super-chilly.

Very Good
Casita de Piedra is a very comfortable and clean place. It has a great location and is quite quiet.
The price included breakfast every day, but there was one day when there were some relatives/friends of the owner and we couldn't have that breakfast.

As a first time traveler to South America I wanted to immerse myself and loved that Casita de Piedra is in a quaint, walkable neighborhood. Some attractions are a less than a 10 min walk. The overall vibe is also more homey than sterile hotel. The breakfast spread was perfect and the host could not have been more helpful or available.

Very clean and has a really nice kitchen. Quiet while still being very close to La candelaria
Not the property’s fault - but it is a little tricky to find at first

Juliette is the perfect host. She has plenty of recommendations and ideas to share about Bogotá. Casita de Piedra is in a very quiet area of la Candelaria and close to all of the major attractions.
Breakfast is very good with a wide variety of offerings. The bathroom is well-lit with good water pressure in the shower.
Know that your day ends with a vigorous climb up a steep hill to return to your room.

The hospitality was amazing; the breakfast was wonderful - fresh fruit bread, lots of coffee. The location is wonderful. Quiet place. Juliet, the host, was so helpful and kind. The other guests were interesting and fun to hang out with at breakfast.
The bed was a little hard and room was not n small side but we had a wonderful stay for the money.

* Communication from the property was excellent. Once our booking was confirmed, Juliette was in contact to give us directions from the airprot to the property.
* The room was spacious and cleaned every day.
* Breakfast consisted of eggs, cereals, bread, fresh coffee, and fresh fruits.
* Juliette arranged taxis to and from the airport for us.
* On our checkout day, we left our bags with Juliette. We weren't leaving until the nighttime, but we were able to use the property's facilities until we left.
Nothing, Juliette is a great host. Merci beaucoup Juliette ?

The Casita de Piedra is a lovely little property in the charming La Candelaria of Bogota. My room was lovely, clean and very quiet. Juliette, the owner can’t do enough to help, and provides a very nice breakfast each morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
