BOGO - 64 was one of the best stays I've had. The communication from the staff was exceptional and helpful - and we were offered a cleaning service all days if we wanted. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed. In terms of area, I found it safe with many helpful facilities around including restaurant district (10 minutes walk with some top world food) and a supermarket (5 minutes walk). Even the little convenience store across the road was great with late night snacks and milk! The bathroom was a great size, clean and water pressure great! Beds super comfy. Great for families or a romantic getaway.
There's nothing wrong with the hotel. I didn't find the area too noisy but it is a city so there are city sounds and people singing, especially on weekends - if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Or just enjoy the city's happiness like I did.

The place was according to what we paid for. It was clean. It felt really safe. The communication before we arrived was really good. Absolute to recommend.
The only thing to mention is the equipment in the kitchen. The knives need to be sharpened :-) Another cutting board would be nice. The holder for the knives, forks spoons etc in the washing machine didn't hold much.

Besides the great location and easy access to take taxis, my family and I liked everything about the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, the washer/dryer worked great, hot water and great water pressure, lots of basic cooking essentials and the internet was strong. Luis, who met us to check in was very nice, he explained everything about the place, gave us his contact information and said he was available whenever we needed him, but since we had zero problems we didn’t have to bother him.

We had the duplex unit, which was ideal for a family of four. With separate bedrooms and baths on the second floor, a guest bathroom, spacious living quarters and ample kitchen downstairs, including a 6-seat dining table and good kitchen counter space, this is an apartment designed for long-term living. Having a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a gas fireplace for the occasional chilly night made it a place we looked forward to coming back to. The neighborhood is excellent, with a supermarket a block away, a convenience store across the street, and walking distance to cafés, restaurants, and bars. It’s in one of the culinary epicenters of the city, so breakfasts and dinners were sure bets after our days out exploring the city.
Nothing, really. A responsive superintendent acted quickly to fix everyday annoyances: a broken plate, a loose doorknob. We’d recommend packing a couple of laundry-detergent pods and dishwasher-detergent pods for a week-long stay.

Location is fantastic. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area -- 5 minute walk to shops on Calle 65, plus the Carulla supermarket is a 10 minute walk across Cra 7. If that is too much, Rappi can bring your groceries to you for a fee :)
Chapinero central can be very noisy, but this street is quiet (one way street) and relaxed compared to many other in the neighbourhood.
The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. Both beds were comfortable and LOTS of storage space.
Having two washrooms was a plus, and the addition of the desk for working was a nice bonus for me.
The building staff was beyond helpful in organizing our arrival (separately for us) and went beyond to be helpful organizing our stay. It is MOST appreciated.
Final note -- the wifi is excellent in this apartment, which is important because I often work on the road. Two video conferences of over an hour each and not a single issue. Note, the signal is slightly weaker in the back bedroom, but no issue to move to the living room to complete video call.
The only minor issue is the shower in the main washroom (not the onsuite) is a tight fit. But this is minor considering the comfort of the apartment and nobody spends their travel time in the shower :) this is certainly not a deal breaker.
