The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great and practical. The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The food is delicious and so many facilities included in the price.
There is nothing I did not like but I would recommend for them to clean the water pipes of the small jacuzzi in the room. I would also add some variety to the breakfast options even though what is being offered now is already great but maybe just switch it up every other couple of days.

It was very well lit, clean and the staff was incredible. The room was very big and the hot tub was very nice.
The TV was somewhat small, the streaming device didn’t work properly, it didn’t have any streaming services pre loaded and the only one that worked was Netflix but it required someone from the Hotel to come to the room because the device wouldn’t work.

The location was great. It was close to the action but far enough way to be quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I thought the cardboard chair was cool.

Great place for a relaxing getaway. Spa services are grea. And some rooms have in-room jacuzzi. Breakfast is delicious and is close to Usaquen for a variety of restaurants and shopping options.

The neighborhood isn’t bad.
The hotel was filthy, had a bad smell and it was extremely humid. They gave me a room with boogers on the wall and cigarette burns on the carpet. I asked them to change me rooms and they did but although the second room was better it smelled horrible and again was horrible and the carpet was dirty. I’m extremely shocked by the high reviews for this hotel on booking. This is definitely one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at in bogota. I left a day early and let them keep the money because it wasn’t worth it to argue with them.

Friendly stuff, great gym and pool! The breakfast was the best part of this hotel.
There was a party the day we arrived and the music was so loud you could hear it in your room and on the street. The light switch are too far away from the bed.

My flight got delayed to very late in the evening and the staff at the front were so sweet and gracious when checking me in. The room was very spacious and comfortable with great curtains to block out the sun. I only stayed one evening and it was cut short due to my flight being delayed, but the breakfast was great. It was my birthday and everyone knew and was wishing me a happy birthday. The breakfast team did a little special birthday surprise and it was so sweet.
The beds are very comfortable and the shower was so hot with great water pressure. I would definitely come back to use the rest of the facilities.

The shower and the bed were comfortable and had a nice size. I don't really have any other good things to say about this hotel. It's a shame it has such high ratings, hotels with similar rating tend to be substantially better than this property.
There was loud music from the restaurant until late, I had to complain to the lobby staff around 23:50 after arriving with the intention to rest. Lights are mostly bright white office-like lights, this hotel is terrible for proper resting, you cannot unwind in a white room that feels like your dentist's office. Furniture was poorly placed and it really wasn't worth paying for the upgraded room. The seating area was a little like a motel corner with a white unpleasant sofa and extremely uninviting. There was also an odd green room divider with very poor taste. Rooms only have showers, don't be deceived by the photos from the common areas that imply there may be a bathtub. I got a little motel vibes, but I don't know who would enjoy an escape with such terrible ambience.
