Fantastic location, fairly quiet depending on the guests but no traffic noise. My room had an attached kitchen and was set up very nicely, nice outside area .
Last day, no hot water.

Located in the very heart of La Candeleria close to shops and restaurants.
This studio is quite small, and no cabinet. The bathroom is also very small. There0 is only small narrow window which can be open.

Lovely old period house on the most picturesque street in Bogota. Pedestrian only, but just about 20 meters to the corner where taxi can stop. Nicely restored with comfortable apartment. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and only a 10 minute walk to central plaza.

It’s centrally located yet wonderfully quiet, with clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. Best of all, the staff are warm, professional, and always attentive, making your stay truly comfortable.
One small improvement would be adding a non-slip shower mat in the bathroom.

Staff was wonderful and sweet. Location was incredible - walking distance to just about every where. Restaurants and little grocery stores were very handy. Was fantastic!
The rooms were very plain, and that's OK. Looks like there is some maintenance needed in some areas. Some little things were missing: salt, pepper, shampoo, a little coffee. But these are all minor. It was a great place and would stay there again.

The apartments are located near the touristic area, you can walk to the main tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and the staff was helpful. The inside architecture was very attractive. Food stores nearby where you can buy your diner and breakfast. Beautiful views of the mountains from the top bedroom.
Our apartment had two rooms on the side of the main street that was noisy during late evening. Ask for an interior apartment if you want quietness. Our apartment had steep stairs leading to the bedrooms which made it a bit uncomfortable.

Great location right next to restaurants, shops and vendors in a main touristy area. Apartment was very well taken care of, felt very safe and secure. Staff was helpful and professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

In the heart of Candelaria on a lovely pedestrian walkway. A gorgeous historic building with two precious courtyards, saltillo tile floors and elegant woodwork. Our two apartments shared a terrace overlooking the Bogota's Centro and Montserrat monastery. Our apartments each had a kitchen, dining and living areas and bedrooms overlooking one of the courtyards. Sebastian and his staff were attentive, super friendly and helpful. They made it easy for us to come and go by taking care of our suitcases and providing laundry services.
Some people might not want to pay cash, but this was NOT a problem for us. All good. We hope to return soon.

Sometimes there is a lot of noise from the common areas during the day and early evening, but very quiet later in evening and over night.

A local style apart-studio in the old center of Bogota. Neat and clean with attentive staff.
Pleasant courtyard in the middle allowing light to come in.
Street in front #10 now a pedestrian walkway makes it even more peaceful.
Only 5-10 min walk away from main attractions and museums.
Safe and secure, with the Plaza de Bolívar and the Parliament straight down the street. A small kitchen also available however not used it as plenty of nice restaurants nearby.
A safe in the rooms would be nice for personal items.

The property is located in historical area and very beautiful. Kept clean and comfortable. Nice cafe and restaurants around. At night street is quiet.
You can hear literally everything the guests next to you do. Maybe bring couple of earplugs.
