The location, safety, the staff is really professional and the place is well kept.

The location close to the airport. The check in process was fast
We arrived at that hotel a 9:00pm and the counter man told us that the kitchen close at 10pm. We ran to the restaurant asking for food and wait around 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the dinner. We went to sleep around 11pm a woke up at 245am to take another flight. They need to ensure more people working at the restaurant.

Too noisy including in the restaurant.
In two days the room was not cleaned. I requested several time and never done. Not toilet paper also.
No AC in the room, too hot including in winter.
I will never visit a Aloft hotel again.
First time ever happened.

The staff was very unhelpful. The room was reserved for my daughter. They had no record of the reservation and said the room was not paid for, but my confirmation from bookings showed it was paid with my credit card. I spoke to the hotel representative and offered to give them a credit card over the phone, but they would not accept it. We will never go to that hotel again.

The hotel and breakfast provided were nice and the staff tried to be helpful for the most part, but several times forgot about our requests or didn't keep us updated on the progress of them
We had issues with the fridge in our room not working and that taking a while to get replaced and also with the coffee maker not being set up correctly. The cleaning staff also came into our room several times while I was working.

The location
The rooms need a bit of maintenance, there is no chair in the desk. Asked for one and never got it. Wifi access its confusing, they should have the password on every room. The AC its central, cannot adjust it from the room.

Good for a layover between flights. Safe and convenient location close to shopping mall and eateries.
Helpful staff and airport shuttle.
Shower hot water a bit cool for me, but minor point!
