Loved the location. The view from our window was amazing, we stayed on the 8th floor.
Staff was really nice, helpful and dedicated. A special shout out to the lady working the restaurant at breakfast time. She was jammed and still catered to our needs.
The bed and pillows were extra soft. Our apartment was spotless when we checked in.
I did not like that the rooms have NO AIR CONDITIONING. Because of this I had to crack open a window at night, which let all the noise from the construction IN FRONT OF US, to come thru and wake me up 4am every single day during my stay.
Also, the TV at the living room doesn't connect to the internet, it only offers cable TV.
The rooms are MUCH smaller than they appear on the listing. Food wasn't that good, not much variety.

We stayed in a first-class suite, where both the housekeeping and front desk teams were exceptionally professional, friendly, and hard-working. The room featured high-quality L’Occitane amenities, which added to the overall luxury of our stay. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet, contributing to a restful atmosphere.
Overall, this has been the best experience of our South American tour so far.
It is worth noting that the breakfast policy could be improved. Currently, only children under the age of 3 receive a discount; children above this age are charged the full adult price, even if they eat very little. In contrast, other hotels we visited over the past two weeks—such as Sheraton, Hilton, and Marriott—offered a 50% discount for children under 12.

Location
I booked a two-bedroom apartment through Booking and received a confirmation. When I arrived from the airport, the staff told me the apartment was not available and that it was Booking’s mistake, not theirs. They didn’t offer any proper alternative unless I paid more. I had no choice but to pay $100 extra for a different unit I didn’t want. Very disappointing and unprofessional

It is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood full of nice restaurants, parks, malls etc. The staff is very welcoming and attentive to details. The breakfast is great. The property is very clean, up-to-date and very comfortable, especially for families.
