For the price, the services and location were good. Staff was attentive to questions and resolved issues they could resolve when they came up.
The building, although fairly new, is of poor construction. Walls are thin and windows are single-pane. In addition, traffic on the street can get noisy even late at night - especially the Rappi motorcycles! The doors do not have complete frames so sound, light, and air pass easily around all doors. Noise neighbors across the hall kept us up all night on multiple occasions. All that to say, bring earplugs if you do not want disturbed sleep. I give staff credit for kicking out (with police) our belligerent noisy neighbors when they were shouting and slamming doors at 4am.

Nice place, and nice location. Walking distance from everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful, ready to assist you.
They are under renovation. They can communicate that better with the guests. Not just a hanging paper in the elevator.

Staff was always polite and helpful. The room was basic but clean. Location is good thanks to a big mall right around the corner, and there are some parks with playgrounds nearby.
Noise was an issue at night.
That being said, the big problem is that we didn't have hot water during our whole 2-night stay. Let me walk you through the experience.
We arrived on Holy Friday morning, and were told that early check-in wasn't available. We decided to leave our luggage and go out for the day, returning in the evening ready to take a bath and sleep. It took the shower a couple minutes to get hot (nothing unusual), but then it went cold again after 10 seconds. It only got hot every 5 or 10 minutes, and only for a few seconds each time. This could be fun, but not to a pair of sweaty tired jet-lagged pair of 6 and 2-year old children.
After too long we finishing bathing, and I went to reception to complain. Well they knew about the issue, but the repairman was unavailable (Holy Friday, remember?), but will be done tomorrow. OK, tomorrow for sure, right? Right.
Well what was my surprise when the following day, in the evening mind you, the shower was still cold! The children were even less amused this day, if you can believe that.
After the whole ordeal I wrote a complaint to the manager asking for a partial refund of my stay (should I have asked for a full refund?), and their only response was to offer me a small discount on a future reservation. As if I'm ever going to stay at this hotel ever again!
