Disappointing
Location and breakfast were good.
The room needed a revamp. Some of the hinges on the cupboard door was very loose, some of the socket were damaged and the shutter in the bathroom was very tacky. Was a certain odd smell in the bathroom.

The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered a stunning window view of the city skyline. I particularly appreciated the luxurious bathroom with automatic toilets, which added an extra touch of comfort and convenience. Room service was prompt and the quality of the food was excellent. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to stick to my fitness routine. The location was perfect for my business trip — directly opposite the Convention Center and just a short 5-minute walk away. Overall, it was a seamless and very comfortable stay.
Honestly, there was nothing significant that I didn’t like. Everything from the room, service, facilities, and location exceeded my expectations. It was a truly seamless and comfortable experience.

Wonderful personal service, the team go out of there way to take care of you and make you feel like a valued customer. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Comfortable clean room, a little dated but far outweighed by the excellent service across the entire hotel, convenient location and breakfast. Located right next to the metro station, Starbucks and good Japanese restaurant over the road, what more do you need?!
Talk about first world problems, I feel bad marking them down for such trivial things. The room slippers are way too small for male western feet!!

I have stayed at many hotels around the world and I believe the staff and services at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen were some of the best I ever recieved. The staff was amazing, attentive, and treated me wonderfully. The location was great and close to many malls, bars, and restaurants. Room was clean with a beautiful view of the city. Will definitely stay again

We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely book again when we’re back in Shenzhen. Our room was upgraded to a Junior Club Suite and the hotel set up a kid's tent for us inside our room! The food and service is excellent.
