It is not walking distance to the city but only a few minutes ride by taxi.

Huge apartments, good breakfast (mostly Asian style). Located right between Shenzhen and Nanshan, shopping mall and good restaurants right next door.
Partly could be renovated/ fresher-up again. Personal at front desk did not speak any English, unusual for a Marriott hotel.

I love the room. There wasn’t much of a sea view but the room was huge and super comfortable. Very value for money. The facilities especially the gym was great. The front desk service was good as well.
It would have been even better if room service refreshed the bowl of fruits everytime as well.

The staff are nice and friendly they are happy to swap a room for me when guest next door is a bit noisy. Food are tasty and the view is spectacular

Breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful and polite
We had stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past. Loved its location and the staff were always friendly. However, on our second night during this stay, the shower broke down and no hot water was available. We had to find out while my son was naked and already in the shower. Called the front desk for help and requested an emergency change of rooms. The request was denied, and they instead insisted to send maintenance staff to have it checked. I made clear that that was not acceptable as we were already halfway in the shower. We ended up having to move the family to take a shower in the public washroom. Terrible experience and we likely won't be returning to this hotel again.
