Housekeeping. They did a good job. The gym was useful. Spacious. They give you bathroom supplies and bottle water. Tea. Instant Coffee
The worst part is the air freshener they use. Its really horrible. The place is old. The elevators are constantly busy. Its hard to use them.
I was in 2 units. The first unit had an issue with the power. It was also missing the TV in the bedroom {literally screw holes in the wall and a white square of paint where the TV used to be}
The balcony is ruined by the safety wires they have
You only get one very thick blanket. Shower was inconsistent. Very poor lighting in the bathroom

We got a duplex apartment, with a small kitchen and a living room downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The metro station is 10 minutes away.

Close to the central district, metro station, Coco Mall and has an amazing view. Very nice staff, they let us check in earlier. Good value and I highly recommend.

As much as we love the hotel, they need to make their internet more accessible because it's not all guests that have a Midland, China, phone number. the verification code for the internet should be through emails

Easy walking to subway and shopping centre, very large room.
The bathroom shower water does not drain properly. It drains very slow.

The new rooms on the 35 floor are well worth spending the extra money for. Clean, modern, all mod cons. Be aware some have flights of stairs up so if you are bringing big luggage make sure you are strong. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Location is ideal for convention hall and surrounding area about a 15 min walk away
Some of the hotels don't match the modern feel of the newer room but I wasn't there much so it didn't bother me that much

great location, fantastic view
i requested a non-smoking room, and I had to change the room 4 times until they found me a room without a cigarette smoke smell. Suggested I pay extra for a better room to guarantee a smoke-free room.
