I found that this is a modern, comfortable hotel that generally offered a pleasant experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the decor was stylish and inviting, making for a comfortable home away from home. However, my experience with the lounge access left much to be desired. The lounge, while a nice concept, was not adequately equipped to cater to the number of guests. There simply weren’t enough tables, which made it difficult to find a place to sit, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the staffing levels were insufficient. On several occasions, I found myself looking for assistance but there was no staff member in sight. This lack of service was frustrating, particularly when I needed help or had questions. The food selection in the lounge was also disappointing. The variety was limited, and it didn’t meet the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. Overall, while the hotel itself was modern and comfortable, the lounge experience fell short. I hope they can address these issues in the future to enhance the overall guest experience.

Don’t recommend stay here ! due to their service is bad also in room Nespresso machine not match a different brand of capsule ! Doesn’t suitable as a five star hotel also they let some stranger be around in the lobby of 43 floor without asking what they are doing there saw a man holding garbage plastic bags in the lobby ! also many non hotel guest ladies taking pictures around the lobby cafe without spending are very disturb whom enjoy their tea time in the cafe turned out those ladies are still taking picture after we left. for those reasons I’m not comfortable having my afternoon tea near the lobby

The location is convenient. The breakfast is good. The bedroom is spacious and nice.
The bathroom is aging so have some stains on the corners of shower and the basin. The wardrobe doesn’t have enough space.

Nice room - nice welcome in the lounge - unfortunately too much focussed to earn a good feedback. Means I’ve been asked again and again from any person in the lounge to give a good feedback, every step was observed, three times asked for the same things. An overkill - really.
Nice place - nice room - need a face lifting - its too high valued and responsible people does not care the real quality. Poor cheese - not to eat.
