The property was modern and clean. The staff was exceptional. When I mentioned the coffee was only warm not hot they made an effort to fix it. Very responsive. Very professional.

The rooms were very clean and the staff did a good job maintaining it. The breakfast spread was also really good with various options. The location was on the main road so getting transport was not a hassle.

The service and the staff were wonderful, greatly experienced, and provided us with everything we required or asked for during our stay to ensure that we were well-looked after. Betty was exceptionally helpful and took great care to ensure we were comfortable, especially when it came to providing us with travel options for exploring the city.

Ok the good first * Bed is comfy * Bathroom is good The bad * Breakfast is pathetic , really really POOR. * Rooms don’t hold noise * Location isn’t great * Hotel feels like a 3 star with a Hilton logo slapped onto the front

Clean and beautiful room. It is easy to use. Nice selected dishes were satisfied necessary and enough in breck first.

Room very spacious and comfortable, very helpful staff and great breakfast. I will go again when I go to Shenzhen and recommend it to my friends.
I like everything, but it will be helpful a set of disposable spoon, fork and knife in the room with the coffee machine and water.

We used to live in the neighbouring area and know the area well. Great location, close to the metro and quick travel to Shenzhen airport by metro. We stayed for a week so the free access to the laundry area was much appreciated. The gym was small but adequate. I also worked on my laptop in the open dining area when it wasn't in service and it was perfect.

friendly staff, great location (close to the subway station and lots of restaurants near by). Also room is very spacious. it can easily fit a family of 3. if you are travelling alone for business, this is definitely going to be your top choice.
one thing I would like to highlight is the lack of facilities in the building, but i was travelling for business, so it didn't really affect me. will be staying here again if i ever visit SZ for business in the future.

The price was fantastic for what we were looking for and the room was incredible large with a small sofa, which made it feel like a mini suite, really clean, and comfortable
Nothing bad to say except once when my friend tried to call the room, there wasn’t an English speaker who could connect her to our room

Central location, near to the airport metro line 11 which is only about 20 mins journey away to terminal 3. Big, clean, and modern rooms. The staff couldn’t have done more. Free washing facilities with dryers and detergent. The gym was decent.
