Great location, few minutes walk away from Walmart, convenience stores, malls and restaurants. It is cool how the area mixes old streets with new buildings. Spacious room, attentive staffs, free mineral water and free laundry.

Comfortable. Nice breakfast with good coffee.
It was not easy to find because the location in Baidu maps as well as Google Maps is wrong. (When you press "get directions"). It is approximately 500 meter wrong and the entrance of the hotel is very small and easy to miss.

average breakfast with no staffs around, no napkins. We asked for chopsticks, and were told to get it from the next table
lack of staff made us feels uncomfortable and unsafe, as in the evening three drunk guests were misbehaving in the lobby and we could not see anyone confronting their behaviour. the location is also not good as you need to get a taxi or a bike to reach the subway station. the bed is also not a comfortable one,

The location was great, close to everything. A mall, food places, coffee shops, a Walmart right next to the hotel.

The rooms and staff were very good ?
The choice of western breakfast was very limited, no cheese for omelette station ?? No ketchup and no tabasco sauce bottles for guest tables ?! Very surprising for an international brand like Hilton !

I was in Shenzhen for business. Samples were sent to hotel but hotel has no secure place to leave my stuff. Cleaning staff has no idea when was the best time to clean my room. Could hotel let staff know when customer gone out and clean room, rather than knock on the door and woke me up next time? I had only that day to have time to sleep till 9am rather than 6am wake up
