I wasn't sure what to expect. Because the reviews were mixed. But then upon checking in, I booked again for a few more days. First, it worked very well because we had a family of 4-6 ( different days had different numbers). We have our 2-year-old with us, so having a washer and dryer was so lovely. The hotel also provided us with a cot, which was very nice. The gym was perfect. My understanding was that swimming is in revolution. We were close to 港 mall, 3rd floor, which had a softplay so my 2 year old were there often. Beds were clean, everything was clean.
would be nice to have children playground.

We arrived quite late from the Bao-An Airport by local Taxi at midnight. So the check in Staff had all our keys readily available. We were extremely tired so he did a shortened check in. Our preferred room was occupied. So in this case another smaller room was arranged for sleeping off the Jetlag. After a short deep sleep we moved to our preferred larger room on the property. Our room faced south and was nestled in surrounding trees on which gave us good privacy.The Breakfast was very reasonable and delivered a wide range of Asian and International cuisine to start your day right.
We discovered later in the week that the initial night check in staff overlooked briefing us on the required necessary "deposit" for amenities and incidentals. It was promptly paid much later in the week.

The staffs are very nice. They make the room very clean, and always try to meet all of our needs.
The property is quiet old, therefore, some of the facilities is not as expected. For example the bed in the guest room is not very comfortable, the facility in the bathroom is quite poor. The sound proof is quite poor so we can hear kids running upstairs and chair moving sound, which is quite annoying in the middle of the night.

The location is great, just a short walk to sea world. The personell are friendly and helpful. Especially Miss Zhang (张金娜）was very patient helping us to choose the preferred apartment. The hotel is already 10 years old, but is quite clean.

Most complete amenity and facility inside Serviced Apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.!
The sofa in living room is too small just for 2 people. Usually there is a sleepsofa for at least 3 people. Also, outside some places have no ramps and even bell boy needs to lift up the trolley with luggage to our room which is hard and odd.
