Disappointing
Free shuttle bus, unfortunately we missed the free breakfast due to timing. The bed was comfortable.
No food at the hotel, so for a long stop over it's not good.

Free shuttle to Disneyland and to the airport was very convenient. The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The room didn’t have a proper window, there was one but it wasn’t facing into some kind of a shaft so it didn’t provide any natural light. We didn’t check for this beforehand. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The only coffee machine they had was broken during our stay.

Room was good. But there was no amenities (Tea bags, sugar, water etc.). No wifi was working at the hotel. Satff don't understand english even a little bit.

You CANNOT use the free shuttle for airport pick up because it has to be booked ahead of time and every time I tried to call they said they didn’t speak English. No one spoke English during check in and they were frankly just rude.
The only nice person was the bell check man and I unfortunately didn’t get his name.
The shuttle bus driver to Disney was absolutely so rude and had the nasty attitude I have ever experienced.

Not a lot..
Unfortunately the staff, especially on reception, were super rude. I tried to translate on my app, and they waved their hands to get rid of me. I have never had such rude receptionist. The room was filthy, I don’t think the floor has ever been washed. We took photos of the cockroaches. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Disappointing
Proximity to the airport, clean rooms, comfy beds, good coffee, and price is acceptable for a layover stay.
The walls are very thin, so you hear every noise from the room next to you, making it hard to fall asleep especially if someone has TV on and the windows are not closing tight, so you hear all the extremely loud trucks and cars that pass by all night. Breakfast food didn't look very fresh nor appetizing.

Location, though very near to PVG, is an industrial zone. A small restaurant 30mts outside, but not so appealing.
Foodstuff available at shop accessible from hotel, instant noodles and other delicacies available. Yet, no restaurant.
Careful touch the early take-away breakfast bag, at 4:00am
Great team, welcoming and professional
The door is not shielding enough the noise from corridor. With a wake-up at 3:00 in the morning and a "do not disturb" sign outside door, nobody care to lower voice or not slamming doors nearby.
Shuttle bus organization a bit chaotic. Guests were more than small bus capacity, driver directing the access in Chinese only.
I was obliged to grab my suitcase inside to be sure having it with me, then travel to PVG flawless.

Was totally impressed with this hotel it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The staff were helpful and polite, the hotel was beautiful, the room was big and immaculately clean, the beds big, clean and comfortable, the shower was bliss with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Note: although the next door restaurant may only take cash there are other restaurants and shops (including a convenience store, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and Chinese restaurants) just 15 mins walk away, very easy and straightforward.
I will definitely be staying here on my return journey.
The pick up shuttle was slightly confusing regarding pick up times.

Close to International Airport so great for late arrivals and the free shuttle bus is excellent, bus located at gate 29 T2. Very clean facilities and rooms and a great breakfast.
