From the moment you step in, you can feel the professionalism. The staff are very friendly, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and of very high quality. The location is superb, situated near the IFC Mall and Superbrand Mall.

Service was absolutely top-notch! We don’t speak Chinese and ordered food to the wrong Ritz Carlton in Shanghai, so they quickly communicated with the other hotel and sent the food via taxi to our correct hotel! The pool and the views are amazing!
The WiFi didn’t really work. Even though I’m an Elite Marriott member the WiFi was basically not working. Also the lobby is in the 52nd floor so if you need to go to your room or leave from your room you always need to change the elevator on the 52nd floor.

Incredible! Loved every single thing! The service, the staff, the amenities – just wow! Every team member went above and beyond to take care of the guests. I traveled with my family and had a truly memorable and wonderful time. A small piece of advice for future travelers: Once you check into any hotel, take some time on the first day to explore the surrounding area and identify nearby facilities. Also, if you book a taxi, make sure to take note of the driver’s personal details, which are usually displayed in the car. It's always better to be safe and informed. I will definitely book this hotel again and will recommend it to my friends and family as well!

The bed was too firm. The staff were annoying even with do not disturb turned on. Sound isolation is not the best. Two elevators are needed to reach the room. Process to check in took about an hour.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. My room faced the Bund, offering breathtaking views of Shanghai’s skyline. The service was outstanding, every detail taken care of with genuine warmth. Dining was exceptional, with world-class cuisine that matched the stunning ambiance.

Since I’m a member of Marriott Bonvoy, of course, I chose this magnificent hotel. I arranged a transfer from the train station to the hotel in a luxurious S-class vehicle — the ride took 40 minutes. I was greeted like a VIP ? The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong offers a luxurious urban retreat with breathtaking views of the Huangpu River and The Bund. Guests can enjoy premium amenities, including an indoor pool and a world-class spa. The hotel itself exudes luxury and comfort — you feel completely at home. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding!!! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff for treating me like a VIP, for every little detail and thoughtful touch. A special thanks to Yana, you are a wonderful person. Thank you for your dedication, and thanks to the universe for bringing us together. I will always remember the time I spent there! The hotel gave me exclusive gifts, noticed subtle details in my look, and wrote me warm wishes that brought tears to my eyes! I highly recommend this hotel — if you are in Shanghai, this is the only place to stay. You won’t regret it!

The river view with Lujiazui skyscrapers was fantastic. The hotel is directly linked to IFC shopping mall so no need to carry umbrella when it rains.
I have to change the elevator to go to reception.

My friend booked and paid for my stay at the Ritz but when I stayed at the hotel, they charged me as well. I didn't know my friend has paid and the reception didn't tell me that he paid. So please return back his money becuase I have paid myself. Thank you
