Very good location, spacious rooms, excellent room sevice, friendly personnel.
It's been a while since the room I stayed in was renovated, so that certain "small" things need to be repaired (e.g. sliding door to the bathroom). Very few people at the reception (all of them being very kind!) speak decent English.

1. Location 2. Wi-Fi was good, but only after calling the hotel service, because my working VPN did not pull. After the call, everything worked 3. Responsive staff
1. My room was a Deluxe king room, on the 19th floor, 1919. The room looked as if a small war had happened in it: the walls were dirty, with greasy handprints, the cabinet handle was glued by a blind man, the tiles in the bathroom and the drain were very old and dirty. Such a room is an absolute disgrace for a hotel of this level, for such money (15,800 yuan for 8 nights). The owner of the hotel should be very ashamed of such a room. I will not go to this network in Shanghai anymore 2. The noise insulation of the windows is disgusting: a monotonous hum from hoods installed on the roof of a neighboring building was heard on a constant basis. This hum can drive you crazy. 3. The menu for room service is very limited, the choice of dishes is too small. And the portions are too big. 4. The dishes are terribly dirty!
