We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The room is clean and nice and the staff are helpful and friendly. It was a short 8 mins walk to food and Caohejing in City, a swanky mall where u can get your shopping done. The 12 mins walk to the subway station is also a pleasant one. The hotel is just next to Tencent.

Everything the food, tge staff, front desk, housekeeping everybody did great job.
They found money in my pocket during laundry and it was returned immediately.
High standards from all aspects.
Close by tge train station whihc can take you anywhere in Shanghai.

All the staff was excellent.
Breakfast had a good variety and quality. I enjoyed the stay a lot. I stayed in 2029 room number. It was a corner room having a large window with a lovely view outside. ????

A lovely hotel close to a location we needed to visit. Rooms were nice, all facilities very clean but the stand out were the staff. Not only were they very visible and polite but spoke very good English for what is not central Shanghai and were extremely helpful.
Pillows were too soft but that is personal taste.
