Quiet and convenient location. Good breakfast with both western and asian options. I return to this hotel regularly and have a fondness for it for some reason. Its peaceful and so green around there. The rooms are comfortable.

- hotel fare away from any life (restaurants, shops, entertainment - spa was not open - interior needs an upgrade - carpets in the floor are used over the years, also need upgrade

No room service at night! The room fridge was totally empty upon checked in, but during checkout at lobby, staff still got the cheek to ask if I took anything from the fridge. Wth!

Location is great, 5 minutes walking from Shanghai Science and Technology Museum on line 2, near a park, very select area. Room very confortable. Great buffet dinner.
