Nicely decorated , well equipped. Facility is very complete for the price we are paying. I like the free laundry , breakfast and the room comfort. Staff really tried to help but sometimes feel like a bit avoidant.
The toilet had sewer smell coming out. We only notice it on the 2nd last night.

Very comfortable and staff are very helpful.
It is reasonably close to the metro station. It is in the quieter part of town so I felt quite peaceful. It has conveniences such as a laundry so I can do my washing.

Clean and looks really new! If going to shanghai south railway station and metro it takes about 15mins walk.
The staff at the counter seemed.. shady. Ive paid through my card with booking.com however he mentioned did not receive and had to made another payment again? I was wondering if i was double charged and if yes. Whats the solution?

It is a very good hotel, very clean, comfortable, with good design and very polite staff. The breakfasts are amazing, there is food for any taste, very good Chinese food. The garden is very nice, quiet with a pond and sound of water.
Everything was good, there was nothing I would complain about. Totally recommend. To the metro station it's 15 minutes. And to the center by metro it's about 50 minutes. Anyway it's reachable and quiet area.
