The staff is very helpful. I am very happy staying here. The room was cleaned everyday. The location is not too close to the attractive place but you can use the subway which is only 3 mins walk from the hotel to go anywhere you want easily. It's surrounded by the coffee shop and food store. I wil come back to stay again.

Duluxe twin room can fit 4 adults with 4 large luggages! it is better if the dining table also come with 4 seat instead of 2.

1. The apartment hotel was clean every day 2. Refilled & replaced all the necessities 3. The location is super near to MRT, 3 mins way only 4. Staff was friendly, specially Laura. Tks for your help 5. Value for many. Booked 2 rooms with each individual toilet, loft style apartment 6. Overall stayed was good & will book again for future 7. Hotel do have laundry room, need to pay. We dont mind. 8. Small room gym, kiddos play room area are available

Room was clean, modern, bright, spacious. Comfy bed with crisp clean sheets and good firm pillows, especially after a long day and late check-in. Restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, subway station nearby. Front desk very helpful in answering questions, some English skills. Breakfast was excellent, inexpensive, polite, helpful staff, and plenty of varied hot options for vegans as well.
Far from airports, but closer to city and attractions. Traffic. Loft was cool at first but didn't end up feeling as comfortable with the floating stairs and sharp corners.

The hotel itself had also a weird smell, as well as the public toilets. The lobby looks cute tho they also have a gym. The staff is nice (hence the 2 stars at all even). Across the hotel is a hey tea and five mins a luckin coffe and a family mart.
Sooooo, I don’t know where to start. The stay was DISGUSTING. I checked in, got my room and had to change it because of the smell. It was very unpleasant and got increasingly worse when the AC was turned on. Then, the next room I got had in the beginning a weird but subtle smell, so I didn’t notice it right away. But when stepping into the bathroom it got more intense. It was not really the classic smell of mold tho. When taking a shower, when the water made contact with the walls of the shower cabin the smell got SO BAD! Like insane. Idk what kind of bacteria etc lives there and doesn’t pay rent lol. The tiles had some mold and some many more mysterious colors on them. I might have gotten so unlucky with two bad rooms, but I’m telling you Shanghai offers so many more great options. I never leave reviews but this one I just had to warn you :(

Staff was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The hotel offers good value for the money. The location is great: convinient stores and plenty of coffee shops nearby, very close to the food court and to a well equipped supermarket, as well very close to the metro line 7 for conviniently reaching downtown Shanghai. Rooms are equipped with kitchenette and fridge.
The WC and room seperation is just with a glass wall. It's a bit uncommon. All the other rest was ok.

We are three people. The loft created separate space which was great. The kitchen, with fridge, stove, microwave, are helpful. There are restaurants and a supermarket underground on the way to the train station. There's also a Starbucks next to the hotel (open 6.30) and more coffee shops around. The area is nice and quiet. We prefer this to staying in the busy center even though we need to travel a bit.
The coin laundry is not cheap 50 RMB for washing and drying.

Great Location, Decent Hotel, Excellent Amenities While the hotel itself is fairly standard and nothing particularly special, the location is outstanding. It’s conveniently situated near a metro station, and the walkway leading to it is lined with a variety of restaurants; we had plenty of dining options every day. There’s also a HEMA grocery store nearby, which was a huge plus. The location offers a more suburban feel, giving you a glimpse into everyday life in Shanghai, away from the hustle and bustle of the Bund and downtown. Each evening, locals would gather on the streets for karaoke, creating a surreal and memorable atmosphere. The people were warm, incredibly friendly, and always willing to help. In terms of facilities, the hotel was well-equipped. Our room included a kitchen, which made it easy to prepare quick meals. On the second floor, there’s a self-service laundry for just 25 RMB for wash or dry, with detergent provided. This was incredibly useful during our stay and a real highlight of the property
Mixed Experience – Important Considerations Before Booking Internet: If you rely on a VPN for work, be aware that it may not function here. I’ve stayed at other hotels in China where my VPN "for work" worked without issue, but at this property, it didn’t work at all. Communication with staff was difficult, and I was eventually informed that VPNs are simply not supported. Room Features: The room included a balcony, which was one of the reasons I chose this property. However, it was locked due to safety/security reasons, making it unusable. It’s worth noting that you may be paying for an amenity you can’t actually use. The bathroom has a sliding door that doesn’t fully close or lock, which may be inconvenient, especially if you’re traveling with children, as there’s little privacy. Payment Issues: This was the most frustrating part of the stay. A charge appeared on my card before arrival, yet both Booking.com and the hotel denied making it. With no one taking responsibility, I had to block my card mid-trip and switch to a backup to avoid being double-charged. Booking.com blames the hotel, and the hotel blames Booking.com. Meanwhile, I’ve paid using a different card and am still waiting for a resolution.

not a deal-breaker but the bathroom can be seen from the loft :D but if you're travelling with friends/family, should be fine; we just noticed that you can hear when someone is stepping on the stairs from the next room but manageable noise

Booked this hotel numerous times and never disappointed us. It gives a home feeling and we moved back after 1 night staying at another hotel in the city centre. Location, service, room cleaness are all nearly perfect.Highly recommended.

Staff were amazing, breakfast was good, the room had everything we needed. They also let us check in early which we hugely appreciated having two small children.
There was a smoke odor in the room when we first came in (assuming previous guests were smoking) but it was pretty much gone the next day.
