The location was great, staff were nice. The breakfast was so delicious. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. Everything in the room was working very well. The staff were very helpful! Staff were very helpful with transfer! We really appreciate Julia, Colin and other staff!
We came to Shanghai very early in the morning, and the check-in was as 15:00, the hotel gave as the room at around 15:30, we were okay and understanding with it since there were a lot of people. However they said that there will be an upgrade for us, when we came to the upgraded room, it really didn’t seem like an upgrade. The room interior was dark ( we booked a nice bright room), and the smell was not good. But we talked with a staff and they gave us a nice bigger room! So it was very nice. Other than that we have no complaints.

The hotel location is perfect, everything is near by you can go everywhere by just walking ,
And cheer to the receptionist name Aya , Quain and Lily they all are so helpful and lovely thank you so much , I will definitely come back to stay for sure

I had an absolutely perfect stay at Conrad Shanghai. Everything exceeded my expectations from the comfort of the room to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding.
I would especially like to recognize Kylie, Julia, Camille, Lily, Quain G, and Diana. Their service was exceptional warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made me feel truly welcome and ensured that every part of my stay was smooth and enjoyable.
It’s rare to experience such consistency in service across an entire team. Thank you for making my stay memorable. I will definitely return and highly recommend Conrad Shanghai to my friends.

Not the first time staying at this hotel and also in Shanghai. It is one of the rare hotels where I want to return. Rooms, views from it, food and caring staff makes You feel at home. Greetings to LiLy, Diana and Quain G - You always find a way to surprise me!
Room floors have seen a lot in their lifetime, if You know what i mean :D But this doesn't make a worse rating - everything still on a high note.

It was beautiful and the location was phenomenal. The street (nanjing road) was right underneath the hotel. I also loved how welcoming the staff were, especially a staff member named Rosemary.
We kept having issues in our rooms with the heat of the room or the issues in the bathroom but other than that, the staff made sure to fix every problem.
