I appreciated the warm and friendly staff, as well as the wide selection offered at breakfast. My stay was very comfortable, and I highly recommend this hotel—particularly for anyone attending an exhibition at the International Centre.
In my opinion, the laundry services were a bit expensive.

I booked the airport taxi from hotel, we arrived midnight at airport and no one there to pick up, and we took a taxi and reached the hotel they said we have to wait till next morning 11 am for check in. I have clearly told them my flight details, they said you better find another hotel for one night. Any how crazy time

It's a kid-friendly hotel. There is an indoor play area for kids, and a playground right outside the hotel. There is a large park across the road from the hotel. A metro station connected to the hotel and a mall. It's very convenient. I would recommend this for any family with kids.
The hotel's swimming pool is also open to non-hotel guests. The pool gets busy with those people using the lanes when you want to chill with the kid. I would hope the hotel offers guests designated lanes or priority lanes.

The hotel gave us early check-in, which I had informed them of as I was boarding my flight. We came to the room and were greeted with hazelnuts, fresh fruits, and dried mango - all of which were delicious and we devoured them as we were absolutely famished.
We stayed in the club rooms with a rollaway bed for an adult. It was very comfortable and spacious. The Club Lounge was also a great add. The free breakfast at The Cook was extensive and had lots of vegetarian choices. The breakfast at the club lounge was limited, but more focused. It also had a variety of vegetarian options. All food was marked with very clear symbols for "vegan", "halal" and "pork" where appropriate. The Club Lounge also had a happy hour, and although we do not drink, the snacks were extensive. The coffee at the lounge was also a highlight.
The hotel gave us late check out until 4:00pm which was much appreciated because the train for the next leg of our journey was at 7:00pm. And for the first time in so many years of travel, we did not have to go get a replacement card once the official check out time was over.
The hotel arranged a small, complimentary cake for my mother's birthday which was much appreciated as we arrived on her birthday after a long flight and hadn't gotten a chance to celebrate.
The hotel is very close to SNIEC, and is connected to both the metro and SNIEC through the attached mall (Kerry Parkside).
The room was close to USD 500 per night for the three of us, which was quite a lot. Especially given that our entire expenditure for the 3 days we stayed in Shanghai was less than USD 300 (which included my father getting 2 tailored jackets made). But given that we had complimentary club lounge access, where we had unlimited coffee, soda, snacks, and etc. I would say it was well worth it!
Kerry Parkside (the mall attached to the hotel) had pay-to-use lockers. Additionally, all over the mall there were pay-to-use powerbanks.
The wi-fi was really bad. 90% of the time we couldn't connect or stay connected it was a big problem. We ended up needing to get local China SIMs which was a 10 min cab ride from the hotel and the concierge helped us get there. I even signed up for the shangri-la loyalty program and the wifi was no better there either.
Although vegan and halal foods were clearly marked each dish did not have its own serving spoons so my vegetarian parents were always suspicious that someone had put a meat spoon into the vegan dishes - and I once did see some of the meat noodles in the vegan dish which was in the same chaffing dish (although it did have a partition). Vegan dishes and halal dishes should receive more care when it comes to things like this.
One downside, is that because it is close to SNIEC, it is not close to the main town of Shanghai, but the metro is not too bad, though you do have to change trains.

It is actually a nice property no complains there. Good location
Sometimes in evening seems to have a bad smell of sewage coming from bathroom. Staff cannot speak any English. If you are. It Chinese do not stay there. From food and serving at the restaurants to concierge. Reception barely spoke English and was very difficult to communicate. Horrible experience trying to get any help with anything.

The hotel was great for attending the furniture fair which I attended. I booked a club room the staff and facilities of the club lounge were great they met all my needs and were very helpful and the food and wine were lovely. The express check out was a bonus.
The front desk staff were good but because they didnt speak english when my lost luggage turned up they didnt seem to know anything about this even though I had left instruction for when it arrived. I had to show them that it was somehwere at the hotel. they eventually found it and I was greatful they looked.

I stayed at Kerry Hotel Pudong in mid-August while attending the Pet Exhibition at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, and the location simply couldn’t be better—it’s just a short walk to the venue, which saved us so much valuable time during a very busy schedule.
Although we didn’t have much chance to enjoy all the facilities the hotel offers, it’s clear that the property is modern, well-equipped, and designed with guests’ convenience in mind. The staff were warm and accommodating, and I truly appreciated being given a room with such a wonderful view of the Shanghai skyline—it was a lovely touch at the end of busy working days.
For anyone attending an exhibition at SNIEC, I would highly recommend Kerry Hotel Pudong as the most convenient and comfortable choice.

I came for the Pet Expo, which was located right next to the hotel—very convenient to visit every day. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s the best option when attending the fair. There are plenty of restaurants around, with easy metro access to the city center. The hotel also offers a big swimming pool and a gym, and at the end of the day I could relax in the jacuzzi. Awesome stay!
