Everything is great about this hotel .. beds are comfortable, quite rooms, amaaaaazing staff, especially a girl on the reception named Camile who was very helpful, supportive, and patient.
Not too many options at breakfast for someone whoe is coming from Middle East. There was a little bit of dust in the room cabinets

amazing central location, a steps away from Nanjing shopping street and bunch of restaurants. We got room with beautiful city view and Jing’an temple that light up during the night. Concierge is really helpful to book restaurants, and suggesting everything we need. Breakfast has immense options. Bed & room is very comfortable. Shout out to Camille from reception staff who makes everything super easy breezy, from the personal greetings, in room check in even she have little surprise birthday cake for me! Definitely will return when we go back to Shanghai!

I sprained my foot the first night I was in Shanghai. The staff were very helpful and brought ice to my room and even offered to help if I needed to go to the hospital. The next day my family went out and I ordered a walking stick and some compression socks over Dianping but I had some trouble with the app and the hotel sent a concierge to come to my room to help me with the order. The next night, the staff who attended to me the first night called to check on me and even brought me Yunnan Baiyue for me to spray my foot. I am thankful to all the staff for helping me and taking care of me during my entire stay. They really went out of their way to assist me.

Excellent stay. Very comfortable. Breakfast is very good considering Asia standards. Hotel is connected underground to the subway through the mall, 5min walk, no stairs.
Hotel could have on hand a list of recommended facilities nearby such as pharmacies, market and restaurants, as it's non-trivial for a foreign to find/search for these things.

I chose the hotel based on the location and the fact that it has a nice gym, both didn’t disappoint.
I was there during Qingming weekend, so things were understandably hectic during breakfast but the quality of the food is really just ok. The choice is limited, the food is very oily and the staff in general needs better training.
